With insufficient resources, T.C.A. helps feed the elderly people who have been neglected and are too old to work and fend for themselves. Basically these are the people who came from as far as Burundi and Western part of Kenya to work in the former sisal plantation.

TCA has partnered with JIRE CENTER to help support the elderly people of Taveta with food, bedding, clothing, medical care and psycho-social support. With the love of Jesus Christ, the elderly people who have basically no relatives or closest people to lean on, are themselves guardians of the children we support. It is a fact that, if they are not taken care of, they might die earlier and the children they host, whom TCA supports, might end up becoming double orphans.

Any support received for this project will be used in partnership with Jire Center to reach out to the elderly people of Taveta. Jire Center is credible Faith Based organization that has been around Taveta for many years serving the Taveta Community.
