In partnership with Usawa Agenda, formerly Uwezo Kenya, TCA conducts educational surveys and learning assessments in Taita Taveta County. Atleast 45 young people are contracted to carry out the surveys. These surveys take place in all the 47 counties of Kenya and the results are share with the Government’s policy makers.
The motivation behind these assessments and surveys is the aspiration for a Kenya where all children have equitable access to quality learning opportunities.

TCA provides balanced food rations to over 200 orphaned and vulnerable children and food support to their guardians especially the elderly every week.

With the help of a few friends, this program has been ongoing although with insufficient resources. TCA aims to serve 18,000 meals each month but currently it is only able to serve an average of 3,000 meals per month
